HOCUS POCUS @ The National Botanic Garden of Wales
On Saturday 28th October 2017, we bring an amazing outdoor cinema experience for all ages to the stunning setting of The National Botanic Garden of Wales, with a showing of the Disney Halloween classic, Hocus Pocus!
Bring a blanket or chair and sit under the stars!
The event will also feature Halloween fancy dress, fire poi, BBQ, Bar, Halloween punch, Toffee Apples, Popcorn, spooky music and more.
Gates open at 5pm
The film will get underway at 6.30pm

Why does the film start so late?
Our giant screen is most visible in the dark, so we start our film showings after sunset.

Can you bring your own blankets and chairs?
Yes as we will be sat on grass, we recommend that you bring blankets and camping chairs.
Will there be popcorn and ice cream?
Yes, of course and we’ll even have toffee apples!
Can you bring your own food & drink?
Yes you may but there will also be a BBQ and bar at the event as well as popcorn, candy floss, toffee apples and ice cream.
Will there be other things going on?
Yes, before the film starts we will have a BBQ, fire poi, bar, spooky music and more.
Do young children have to have a ticket?
Children under-2 can come in for free.
What’s included in the ticket price?
Entry to the garden and the film showing are included, food and drink is extra.
Does your ticket give you access to the garden?
Yes it does, so why not make a day of it and come earlier in the day.
What if the weather is bad?
If it rains, the event will go ahead. We are only not be able to use the screen if there are high winds (winds over 25 knots.) Obviously we hope for a nice dry evening but it is worth being prepared for the Great British weather and at this time of year it is likely to be cold, so fancy dress up warm.
Is there car parking?
Yes, the garden has a large car park near the entrance.
