On Friday 20th July 2018, we bring an amazing outdoor cinema experience to Border Park in Knighton Powys, the home of Tref-Y-Clawdd Rugby Club, with a showing of the Disney classic, The Lion King. Hakuna matata!
Bring a blanket or chair and sit under the stars!
The event will also feature live music, hot food, bar, popcorn and more.
Gates open at 7pm.
The film will get underway around 9.15pm or when the sun goes down.

Why does the film start so late?
Our giant screen is most visible in the dark, so we start our film showings at sunset.

What is the film’s certificate?
Can you bring your own blankets and chairs?
Yes as we will be sat on grass, we recommend that you bring blankets and camping chairs.
Will there be popcorn and ice cream?
Yes, of course!
Can you bring your own food & drink?
Yes but there will also be hot food, popcorn and a fully stocked bar at the event.
Do young children have to have a ticket?
Children under-2 can come in for free.
Will there be other things going on?
Yes, before the film starts we will have food, bar and live music.
What if the weather is bad?
If it rains the event will go ahead. We are only not be able to use the screen if there are high winds (winds over 25 knots.) Obviously we hope for a nice dry night but it is worth being prepared for the Great British weather.
Is there car parking?
Parking is available at Bowling Green Lane car park.
